IN AN EMERGENCY, IT IS
LIKELY THAT ALL OF THE ABOVE REPEATERS
WILL BE USED. EACH WILL HAVE ITS OWN
PURPOSE, SUCH AS
HEALTH & WELFARE, FOOD DISTRIBUTION, RED CROSS
TRAFFIC.
THE FOLLOWING SIMPLEX FREQUENCIES WILL BE USED:
Primary - 147.570 - MHz.
and Secondary - 146.565 - MHz.
The VHF NET will be held twice a month on the 1st. and
3rd. Tuesdays at 6:00 pm.
unless advised differently. On the first
Tuesday every month the net will be held on 147.570
MHz. SIMPLEX, ( The scheduled net control operator will
conduct the net from the EOC ), and on the 3rd Tuesday every month the
net will be held on 146.925 MHz. ( RUSSELL REPEATER). The Planning
Committee Meeting will be on the 3rd Tuesday every month following the net at
the EOC in Canton.
To avoid doubling on the net check-ins, Net Control will
call for check-ins by Area 1 - 5, and then any other stations waiting to check
in. Passing a drill message on your net is encouraged.
Also if a Net Control
station doesn't show up for their net, someone from the schedule please pick it
up for them.
RACES FREQUENCIES IN ST. LAWRENCE COUNTY.
The following frequencies will be used during a RACES activation.
Primary
VHF - 146.925 Mhz. (-) repeater in Russell, N.Y. All stations will meet here for
further instructions.
If the above repeater is not available, proceed to the
next operating repeater in the following order.
147.135 Mhz. (+) repeater in
Fine, N.Y.
147.390 Mhz. (+) repeater in Parishville, N.Y.

The following Simplex frequencies will be used as needed.
Primary - 147.570
MHz. Secondary - 146.565 MHz.
Also all of the above repeater frequencies may be used on simplex in the event that the repeater is not functional. Their use will be determined at the time of, or during an activation.
