What is HERD?
 
The HERD Community Network, Inc. gets its name from the acronym formed by the towns within its service area: Hermon, Edwards, Russell and DeKalb. Formed in 1996, we serve as an on-line promoter for our towns.
Your Government
 
The Hermon Town Board meets on the second Tuesday of each month starting at 6 PM at the Hermon Hepburn Library.  For more information, call the Town Clerk at 315-347-3606. The Edwards Town Board meets the second Wednesday of each month, starting at 7 PM at the town hall.  For more information, call the Town Clerk at 315-562-3400 or e-mail the town hall. The Russell Town Board meets on the third Tuesday of each month, starting at 6 PM at the town offices.  For more information, call the Town Clerk at 315-347-2358. For more information on the DeKalb Town Board, call the Clerk's Office at 315-347-3331.
